Eye Test Instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your eye test.
Preparation
• Please use your glasses if needed (optimally to see at this distance).
• Please hold your device at a comfortable viewing distance and use your usual glasses if needed to see clearly. The ideal distance for viewing is 14 inches from the screen.
Test Duration
The complete test will typically take 3–5 minutes to test both eyes.

• This test provides you an easy way to establish a baseline vision at home so you can easily monitor for changes.
• It does not replace a professional eye exam.
